Union Statute

Introduction
In order to organize the export of goods and services in related matters and maintain balance and order and provide more exploitation of investment and production, as well as the use and transfer of scientific and practical experience of those involved and when to achieve the legal goals of development in Such cases and the defense of the legitimate interests of natural and legal persons, the Union of Exporters of Khorasan Province shall be formed on the basis of paragraph (k) of Article (5) of the Law of the Iranian Chamber of Commerce and Industries and Mines in accordance with the following symbol:

Chapter One: Generalities

Article 1- Identity
The Exporters’ Union of Khorasan Province, which is called the Union for short in this statute, in implementation of paragraph (k) of Article (5) of the Law of Commerce, Industries and Mines of Iran (approved on 12/15/1369 and amended on 9/15/1373) and with the consent and supervision of The Iran Chamber is formed with at least 25 members and has an independent legal personality and financial independence and operates in a guild and non-profit manner.
Article 2: Citizenship:
He is a citizen of the Iranian Union.
Article 3: Residence:
The union’s legal residence is in Mashhad.
Note: In case of change of the legal residence of the union in the widely published newspaper selected and informed in writing, the Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Mines of Iran will be notified.
Article 4: Area of ​​activity:
The union is active throughout Khorasan. After the approval of the board of directors and the approval of the Iranian Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Mines, the union can establish a representative office in the cities if necessary.
Note: The conditions for the establishment of branches and agencies must be in accordance with the relevant executive regulations of the Iranian Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Mines.
Article 5: Duration:
The duration of the union’s activity is unlimited.

Chapter Two: Goals

Article 6- The objectives of the union are:
1. Efforts to organize exports and improve the quality of service to members.
2. Continuous marketing by acquiring information about supply and demand, prices, consumer markets and production to supply to members, using the latest global approaches to achieve the legal goals of export development
3. Group participation in decision-making and decision-making and preparation and drafting of laws and regulations related to the export of goods and services in order to protect national interests and members in coordination with the Iran Chamber.
4. Establishing relations with banks and credit organizations of the country as well as international financial and monetary organizations in the form of the laws of the Islamic Republic and providing the ground for financial facilities in order to develop the activities of the members.
5. Establishment of a database in the fields related to the objectives and tasks of the union, members’ export activities, and information through the creation of an information network and the publication of specialized books, journals and brochures.
6. Activities for the recruitment and participation of natural and legal persons eligible for membership in the union.
7. Promoting the credibility and prestige of the members of the union by organizing and establishing appropriate relations between the member units.
8. Carrying out any scientific and research activities inside and outside the country within the framework of the relevant laws in order to achieve the goals of the union.
9. Efforts to develop exports of goods or services subject to union activity.
10. Assist in achieving the set quantitative and qualitative objectives set for the export of goods or services subject to the activities of the Union.
11. Supporting the common interests of members.
12. Providing legal and consulting services to members.
13. Encourage and support investment in that part of production that provides the basis for increasing the export of goods or services.
14. Preventing unhealthy competition of members in target markets by applying the rules of the Disciplinary Committee of the Iran Chamber.
15. Efforts to increase access to global markets for goods or export services of the country and create suitable opportunities for all members to enter these markets.
16. Participate in the development and implementation of the required standards for the export of goods and services subject to the activities of the Union and its control through the establishment of inspection companies.
17. Efforts to resolve our differences between members and, if necessary, through the arbitration of the Arbitration Center of the Iran Chamber.
18. Introduce members to various ministries and organizations to use the services and facilities required.
19. Carrying out those executive duties related to the export of ministries and economic organizations that are delegated to the union.
20. Preparation of reports every six months on the performance of the Union and its evaluation, raising issues and problems along with proposing executive solutions to solve problems and submitting the report to the Iran Chamber
21. Submitting executive proposals to solve the export problems of the commodity or service group subject to the activities of the relevant union to the relevant institutions, organizations and ministries and sending a copy to the Iranian Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Mines for information.
22. Holding training courses and conducting scientific, industrial and commercial research required by members and holding specialized conferences and roundtables, as well as attending various domestic and foreign conferences and writing and translating scientific articles on the subject of union activity.
23. Holding or attending domestic and foreign exhibitions related to the duties of the union

24. Efforts to attract capital, technology, management, technical knowledge and skilled foreign manpower to grow and improve the field of activity of the Union.
25. Requiring members to properly implement the country’s commercial regulations and the statutes, regulations and rules of the Union and continuous cooperation with the Disciplinary Committee of the Iranian Chamber of Commerce.
26. Afdam in order to form a non-governmental fund for export development of Khorasan Razavi province.
27. Action to create permanent business centers in target markets.
28. Invite foreign delegations as well as send marketing delegations to target markets.
29. Action to export services in the fields of education, agriculture and engineering.
30. Efforts to create a trade association of Khorasan Razavi province.
31. Creating an information site for exporters and providing software services.
32. Efforts to promote non-oil exports of the province through e-commerce and creating the necessary infrastructure in this field.
